From your dashboard of the Verti mobile app, tap the "Settings" icon near the top right of the screen.
Welcome to the Settings & Preferences page! You can do a bunch of stuff here like change your address, update your password, etc. Scroll down until you see "Insurance & Service Communication"
Choose whether or not you want 'push' notifications (pop up messages on your phone), if you prefer we contact you by email or SMS (text).
After you've successfully changed your communication preferences to suit your needs, you'll get a confirmation screen that pops up. Just tap OK.
That's it! As you can see here, push notifications were made active but you can go back and change your preferences anytime you like!
